WebViticulture and enology (wine science) explores every step of the winemaking process, from growing grapes in the vineyard (viticulture), to processing those grapes to make wine, to evaluating sensory components that make for excellent premium wines (enology). WebEarly admission ($80) is at 7pm and includes 4 full hours with smaller groups for the first hour and some bonus wines from select wineries being poured during that hour as well. General admission ($65) is sat 8pm and includes 3 full hours of tasting. Both tickets include museum admission, and all wine tasting. Food is available separately.
